Tri-City Psychology Services, SHRINKRap, also had an article about mySleepButton. An article in the BC Medical Journal online described mySleepButton.
mySleepButton is based on cognitive science, including the Cognitive Shuffle, Serial Diverse Imagining and Super-Somnolent principles of sleep onset proposed by CogSci Apps Corp. co-founder, Dr. Luc P. Beaudoin. These were presented at the July 2014 Annual Meeting of the Cognitive Science Society.
